Called for annual checkup/service. They responded very quickly. Brain H. showed up right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian worked quickly and thoroughly addressing each issue. Needed a part, so he will back in a few days to install. We are very happy with Brian and Integrity. Highly recommend for all your HVAC service needs!
We called up Integrity for a second opinion after another company quoted us an exorbitant amount to fix our AC and then applied the pressure to get us to buy a new unit. The difference in working with Integrity was night and day- a service advisor was able to come out to our house the day after I called, gave me options in how to address what was happening with our AC, and fixed it up for an extremely reasonable price. at no point did I feel talked down to or pressured. When we do replace our system we'll definitely be doing it through this company. You won't regret working with them!
