I got a prenatal massage with Hailey. She was so great at making sure I was comfortable and explaining the massage and what areas of the body it was helping. The massage was relaxing. Would highly recommend and will be go back again. The environment was inviting and calm.

Her technique is exactly what you need especially if you suffer from any type of chronic pain. I consider her a valued member of my wellness team. Words cannot express my gratitude. She uses a combination of deep tissue, trigger points, movement, and stretching to release everything. My body is holding, both tension from stress, past injuries, and suppressed emotions. She’s truly spectacular.
