Went to Janis hoping to have more of my blonde pop out (she was my 2nd person here in Idaho). She suggested color correction and based off the photos on her IG account I trusted her knowledge and experience. Well, the following is what happened, my hair was stripped and it looked worse than it did before I went in. I showed her pictures and told that I did not want my hair to look red or brassy. Immediately after our session I asked her why my hair looked Orange. I did not like the orange in it and she replied that next time we would do something different and that hair is a process.
