But she made me feel so much better by explaining everything she was doing step by step and actually asking me questions to figure out exactly what I wanted, instead of just diving in without a clue. The color turned out super natural and fresh—exactly what I was going for. The whole vibe was really chill, and Adreanna and the other staff were really nice and didn’t hesitate to include me in their conversations, which made the experience feel welcoming and fun.
