After lots of research - Rocklear was the obvious choice and Apex was the team.
Wrapping my car in plastic (PPF) would be silly as every month I would be scratching it up and damaging to the point of having to replace it. Ceramic is pretty… but not protective against scratches.
Rocklear is not bullet proof but I can get a fresh coat whenever I want for significantly less than a full PPF rewrap.
