Fast and professional they saved the sub floor of my house after a broken pipe flooded my crawl space in turn saving my floors and saving me a ton of money
I had brand new washing machine malfunctioned and sent water onto my laundry room floor, down a vent into the crawl space and on to my hard wood floors. The Disaster Kleenup team came as soon as they were contacted & went into recovery mode. The project leader James, has been instrumental in this project and I appreciate all he has done to get my house back to normal. We had a leak in our kitchen that soaked our kitchen and dining room floors and soaked a portion of the carpet in the room behind our kitchen. We called Disaster Kleenup when we realized the job was too big for us to handle on our own.
They sent a team out to dry out the floors and remediate any biological damage. DK's project manager, James Thomson also came out. He collected pictures for our insurance company, and gave us an overview and timelines for the work that they would need to do to remediate and rebuild kitchen.
We didn't know it then, but James would quickly become a friend for life.
