Worst inspection company ever, you have been warned, asked them to check fireplace he said I dont do that, asked to check carpet he say looks ok, when it has urine stains everywhere. Asked to check hot spots in the house, he says I dont use any equipment I go by feel, the house had a bad air conditioner. I paid the guy 350 for a 1300sqft condo it's been two months still no report. I had to backout of the house purchase due to no report.
