My wife had a migraine morning of her appointment, apt time 10am, we wanted to reschedule, the response was, sorry, but I have to charge your full amount,(we understand this) text received at 9:19 am , I responded she will be there, 9:21, she said sorry I already threw out all of the products and filled your appointment, (for 10am) What products? My wife hadn’t even picked out lashes yet. She charged our card 100s of dollars , and refused to still see her within literally minutes.
