11/4/25- I needed my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher checked out. I had concerns with the installation completed in 2021 by another company. The appliance store I purchased my dishwasher from referred me to A1 quality appliance for service when I recently called. Contacted A-1 quality, they were pleasant to work with, tech Ben F was very polite, conscientious, and quickly identified the issues and resolved my concerns. A1 Quality does use automated phone call notifications, they use it for confirming scheduling time and notification when the tech is on the way.. very similar to other companies notification ways. Damian our dishwasher installer was great. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. He ran into some line routing problems and faced each one with good humor and attitude. Couldn't ask for anyone more dedicated to doing a good job. Dishwasher working great! Thank you so much.

We purchased a new microwave from Jim's Appliance in Boise and were referred to A1 Quality Appliance for the delivery and install. Alex Dixon was the technician from A1 and we cannot say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge on the product and the install. From his punctual arrival to the complete installation and set-up, Alex was excellent. He was respectful of our home and did a complete clean up after the job was done. Hats off to A1 Quality Appliance and their technician Alex. Thank youl
