What can I say about Chelsea? -- She's fabulous!!! I have been going to Chelsea for volume lashes for over 2 years now, and I love her work. Her office is beyond clean and organized, and her work itself is so meticulously done to perfection. Her prices are beyond reasonable and affordable. My only question is why haven't you booked with her?! <3
