I moved to Idaho from MI over the past year. I had a knee replacement back home in Feb 2021. Well I found myself needing a Knee Revision. The bottom artificial knee joint had to be replaced. They had to drill down 5" to replace the pin in my tibia, and a new/larger spacer between joints.I had both Horizon Home Health Care and Home Physical Therapy. Gabby with Horizon Home PT Department was AMAZING! She helped reassure me that how I was feeling was very normal and my progress was where I needed to be.I recommend Gabby with Horizon PT HANDS DOWN.RESPECTFULLY,MPThompson

Flew in from North Carolina with a tremendous amount of needed arrangements and planning needed for terminally ill step-dad with weeks to live. This hospice ended up being a one-stop-shop as they handled EVERYTHING from room set up, medication review, to power of attorney. Dad went very quickly. We received support from 8 different folks doing their part. TREMENDOUS relief that they were involved. I would have been lost and there would have been terrible consequences for mom had it not been for Horizon. Cudos to Dianna.
