I am a frequent shopper of this store and all of the staff are so kind and lovely! I did also get my eyebrows waxed by Grace today and she is AMAZING!!! Super friendly, gentle and gave me a whole spa treatment and we had an amazing chat together. Love this place!!
As a thriller and romance author who spends a lot of time on camera for videos and events, I occasionally stop by Ulta Beauty in the Palouse Mall area to pick up a few essentials.
I usually come here to grab MAC makeup products and other grooming items. It’s also a great place to pick up hair styling supplies and gifts for people in my life, so it’s a stop I make fairly regularly.

Me and my friend came here to get some new makeup and were greeted by all the lovely employees, we found a makeup technician and she was super nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I wish I remembered her name but she was super nice.
I have PCOS so it's really hard sometimes to find the correct shade and it can really kick my confidence done and make me feel horrible going to buy makeup but everyone was very understanding.
I think I'll definitely be going to Ulta again in the future to get the makeup I want!
