I asked Laura for a moisturizer recommendation and she got so excited and was so enthusiastic about showing me! She was so helpful. She was even knowledgeable about how the specific moisturizers were made and what the ingredients all do, I’m at Ulta at least twice a month and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at one!

I've been in to Ulta a few times here in Moscow & the staff is always so knowledgeable & helpful. Today was something compleatly above & beyond. Holly really helped my friend out of a mascara mistake! My friend had tried some new waterproof mascara & it was really bothering her eyes. We had tried simple makeup remover wipes that claimed they would take it off but thoes did nothing. So we dropped into the local Ulta in Moscow, & Holly helped remove her mascara. It took a a bit of work but we are so greatful for Holly's expertise. Thank You Holly!!!

Vivienne was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few products I was looking for that they did not carry, but she introduced me to even better items. Much appreciated!
