I went all over the Pullman-Moscow area to no avail trying to find a stylist willing to attempt the style I was looking for. This is the only place that even considered trying and taking me on as a client. I received some of the best service here; the people are outgoing, they truly care about what they do, and most importantly, they were able to try the style I wanted and nailed it despite it being new to the stylist. The service was incredible, and if you're looking for a place to get your hair done in the area, I will point you to this place every single time. I would recommend asking for Kelsey;p she was my stylist and can do incredible stuff.“

Another big plus is the huge amount of parking around this part of the Palouse Mall. It makes running in for a quick stop really easy.

Overall it’s a clean, well organized Ulta location with friendly staff and a solid selection of products. Definitely a convenient place in Moscow to pick up beauty and grooming supplies.“
