The veterinarian, tech, and student all had great demeanor and were so good with our lab, who can be fearful of the vet. We also really appreciate that they were able to get him comfortable enough to have x-rays without putting him fully under anesthesia. They didn't try to upsell us, or jump to rash conclusions. We feel as though our dog received excellent care.“
