“I had never took my dog there before Jan 26, 2024. I needed to put my 14 yr old black lab, "Krueger" to sleep and a friend of mine had recommended this place. It was a very very hard day for me and evryone of the staff was so caring and understanding and very patient. “Richie, Brandy, Angel and team are all a God send. I don't know what my sister and I would do without them. We have 5 dogs between the 2 of us. They are always able to accommodate us last minute. We even put 3 of our dogs through Richie's specialized training program. I can't thank them enough for the love they give our dogs and their kindness.“
“1) Appointments: this place is popular so when a friendly receptionist was able to squeeze in our never-before-seen puppy within a week onto a schedule booked out for a month, we were impressed 2) Cleanliness: the open lobby is pristine for a business dominated by animals and lacks an anticipated smell often associated with such institutions 3) Friendliness: being greeted by staff bearing warm smiles helps to decrease both owner and pet anxiety in what can be a nerve wracking situation 4) Vet techs: professional, knowledgeable and thorough these techs are more helpful than any encountered in other similar establishments we've visited in years past 5) Veterinarians: for reasons unclear to me, perhaps great contracts for the doctors, this place has assembled an All-Star cast of compassionate pet care experts, such as Drs Thrasher and Reese, who are as competent in their life careers as they are caring for owners.“
“Darcie and her helper (plus dogs) were extremely helpful to us. They really understand dog behavior and how to manage/control problem behaviors. She takes extra care to understand and fix the issues you are having, and makes sure you "get" what she is teaching. We have 2 Bassett Hounds who have been very difficult to control their excited jumping and barking when we have people over. They have made good progress and Darcie left us with the right tools to continue this process until we feel the dogs are under control and submit to the training. We just finished our last session with her, so are still working on the training she gave us, but we are confident that we will achieve the results we are looking for. I highly recommend Darcie to anyone who's serious about improving their dog's behavior.“

“We bring our bernese mountain dogs , Lilly and Fae, here every time we travel. They are amazing. Our dogs literally run in to the back when we show up. The staff is friendly and obviously are dog people. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.“
