Lauren has taken care of my babies Melvin and Ramsay since their first groom. Ramsay had a nervous accident his first time here, but hes been great since. Both of my boys do better each time they come here. I'd never take them anywhere else since they are familiar with this place and Lauren, so moving them would be traumatic. Lauren even offered to come in when she is closed to groom my boys to keep them calm. Thankfully, I started a new job and could take them in on a regular day. I don't buy the negative reviews. If your dog had trauma, that's a dog personality. Don't blame the groomer. I guarantee amazing treatment here! I'll never go anywhere... read full review

My first visit with Roxanne went wonderful. My dog can get overwhelmed and anxious with a lot of stimuli and she had lots of patience with him. His cut was done very well and she explained things throughly. We will be going back!
