Have not started the rebuild process yet but the initial water clean-up/removal, tear out of damaged cabinets, flooring, etc. done by Brooklyn and her helpers was excellent. A lot of hard work. Brooklyn was great in keeping in contact to let me know she was at the house and what was happening on any given day. Thank you Brooklyn for being supportive and kind during a diffcult bleep in ones everyday life. You are truly an asset to the UltraClean family!
Mike and Goose came to do remediation and were communicative, prompt, professional with a dash of funny. They worked all day to get all of the removal and prep done. Cleaned up their mess as they went and were approved by both of my dogs. I cannot thank them enough for making this stressful process, as stress free as possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
