Had water streaming through a pendant light fixture after a hard rain. Silas from Elite found the water entered through a roof vent then down the electric wiring. The wet ceiling area was fanned for several days and sprayed with mold repellent. Silas expertly replaced affected overhead light fixtures, which was the harder and time consuming part of this job! Silas showed consideration by calling when running late or on his way, clearing and cleaning the work area, and overall customer-focused and helpful attitude. Someone from Elite came out and assessed the extent and cause of the water in my crawlspace the same day as I called. They gave me a really honest and reasonable quote of the costs to mitigate and prevent future damage and gave me tips to try myself without hiring someone. I would absolutely recommend them for their honesty, transparency and punctuality.
