We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years, before that we were taking them to PetSmart. It was just so impersonal. I also didn’t like walking all the way to the back of the store because my dog is very vocal the service here feels personal. At pretty paws I know I’m getting the same groomer every time she even lets me know for my next appointment if she’s going to be at work that day or not. I love that my dogs get to see the same groomer every time so they feel comfortable, and probably more than half the time they decide to do something cute and extra to my dogs. We have a curly haired, bearded, active mutt who loves to roll in the grass and dirt. She looked like a small lab after her grooming! She gets very excited around other dogs, but Emily (the groomer) was great with her and said she behaved well even when getting her nails trimmed. I loved the great communication too. It was my first experience with Pretty Paws, and I was impressed. The price was comparable to another place we have used.

Beth does such a great job with our dog! Our dog loves going to see Beth for her “spa day”! They take such good care of her and she comes out beautifully groomed and smelling so good. The place is clean and they are so kind to all the dogs. Outstanding.
