This company was contracted by Lowes to install a fence/gate at my property. They didn't show up on the scheduled install date and only contacted me after 3 days of trying to reach them through Lowes as well as direct calls and voicemail. When they did show up, the installer acted like he didn't want to be there and seemed very confused about how to install basic fence and gate parts. This was a small project, maybe 50 feet in total. After describing what I needed, I hesitantly went to work for the day since I had already missed work waiting for them to not show up. The work that was completed was absolutely horrible and not what I asked for. They left boards cut unevenly and a gate that is unusable. After reaching out to them about my concerns, they sent a supervisor out to inspect the project. This supervisor proceeded to tell me that the poor installation was a result of Lowes sending incompatible parts and they would have to submit a work order to get the right parts and replacement boards for the ones that were cut poorly. It has now been over a month of back and forth calls with this company and Lowes and the last I heard, they told Lowes they did what I asked them to do and that it was my problem if I wanted anything fixed. I am still working with Lowes to try and get this rectified. This company has been zero help and even blamed me and Lowes for their poor quality of work. If they can't complete a simple 50 feet of fence installation, I wouldn't recommend them for any other project.Added photos for reference. The bottom line is this. Lowes hires YOUR COMPANY to install a short section of fence and a couple of gates. YOUR INSTALLER did a terrible job. I ended up with a crooked fence and gates that aren't functional. Your response was to blame the slope of my yard and whoever ordered the materials for your inability to install a straight fence and functional gates. I will continue to work with Lowes on getting the job done correctly. If you aren't capable of installing basic fence projects, maybe don't contract with anyone to do so. And definitely stop blaming the contractor or the customer for your inability to complete the job.

so, after almost 2 months of waiting to get my new fence installed through Lowes installation service, theses people were scheduled to show up today. guess what: they were a no show! and all my calls went to voice mail. finally i went to their website and found a contact email: guess what: they responded by telling me to find another installor because they no longer do fence installations! And they waited this long to notify (or not notify ) me!

There are not enough stars for this company! From the first meeting we felt this was the company to go with. We had majority of our house remodeled and found issues along the way which is to be expected with a 1960's house. Antonio was up front and helped us decide what the best course of action would be. The quality of work was amazing. These guys became part of our family. They are beyond respectful of your home and time. I felt comfortable with all of them. Heck my dog misses them! What a great team!!!! Wish there was an option for more stars. 5 definitely isn't enough. Stronghold construction is amazing. Juan and his team turned our cave-like basement into a fabulous unbelievable in-law suite.They had great floor plan ideas, I mean really they just set the tone for a great company.If you're thinking about getting any remodeling done at your home, use Stronghold Remodeling I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We recently used Stronghold Remodeling to remodel our entire house. It was a big job, including our game room, laundry room, bathroom, and installing a brand new kitchenette. We could not be happier with the way that everything turned out. Antonio met with us several times early on in the planning and design process to explain everything and answer all of our questions. When it came time for the actual work to begin, Juan and his crew showed up promptly every day and were very professional. Each morning, we would talk with them about that day’s work and get all of our questions answered.The craftsmanship and attention to detail were extraordinary. The kitchen cabinets look great, and we love our new shower and fireplace. Both required some complicated tile work, and Juan and the team were more than up to the task. We also really love the custom shelves and closet area that they designed and crafted specifically for us. Part of the project involved completely reconfiguring our existing laundry room and bathroom. Their expertise was invaluable in this. We love the new layout. Everything is much easier to use, and we now actually enjoy doing the laundry in our new space!We had had some bad luck with other contractors in the past, but Tony and his team are exceptional and treated us like family. They were with us every step of the way, from the initial design, to picking out materials, to updates during construction, and even following up to make sure we were happy after everything was completed.
