I came in for cleaning. Front desk failed to tell me that exam and x-ray will be done as well. Ended up paying for all of it without knowing. Also, my insurance did not go through and I advised office I don’t want to do the visit if my insurance not gonna pay for it. They still told me not to worry about it and did the work and then I end up paying for it.! Would not recommend this place unless you want a headache

Always a fun visit to SSD. The office staff is fun, friendly and they handle my insurance claims very professionally. My dental health is well administered by Brittnee, Katie and Doc Jardine. Its been a great 15 year relationship.

Everyone and I mean everyone at this office are so nice. From the moment that you walk through the doors. You feel like family. Cannot say one bad thing about them. I'm not a dentist person, but, I am so HAPPY that we found Dr Jardine's office when we moved to Meridian, Idaho.

Southern Springs staff are wonderful to work with. I am in my 80's and have had many dentists. This staff rates near the top. I especially appreciate Dr. Jardine not pushing to perform procedures that do not have to be performed until necessary.

Dr. Jardine and his staff are Amazing!!! The front desk is always professional and easy to work with. From getting my schedule to fit theirs to being knowledgeable about how each individuals insurance works. The hygienist Kayla is a master of her craft, she is gentle and well educated. Going to the dentist is never fun but this is the only one I don’t dread going to.
