We were unfortunate enough to have a leak in our upstairs bathroom on a Saturday morning. We called Servpro as advised by our insurance company. Ryan came out within an hour to assess the damage. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. Shortly after that, we received a call from Terry and Juan. They arrived within an hour. These two had the mess cleaned up, drywall and insulation from the ceiling removed and had the dehumidifier and fan running. They returned on Monday to check progress and finish up with mitigation.
