Small family owned business that provides incredible friendly service at a reasonable price. They were super easy to work with - showed up on time, quick and efficient and no upselling, something you often get from some of the franchise cleaners. We will be calling them back on a regular basis for our carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

Highly recommend! We have used them several times. Had a different company, by mistake, did not compare! Had to have Rug Rats come after that and what a difference! Absolutely beautiful! They are super kind, quick and very reasonable!

We have used Rug Rats Carpet Cleaning twice now, after our neighbor recommended them. Both times they did an excellent job, with our old carpets looking like new.
A family business, they are professional, friendly and very thorough.
