Chris inspected an older home in Boise, for me recently. He gave me a very earnest non bias opinion, and showed me why he formed those facts. It ended up saving me from getting settled into a long term disaster. I will definitely hire for my next inspection!
Chris was very professional and answered all my questions fully, to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, checking areas for which I had specific concerns. I felt he was objective and unbiased, providing links to other information sources facilitating my own further research. Great value!
Chris was excellent, and I am looking forward to finding more ways to save energy. By chance, he came when what.would have been a major disaster for my property and provided references for businesses that would make the needed repairs before I developed a major mold and roof problem.
