Very professional workers, called before arriving to install our new furnace. Very good workers and completed job with in estimated time. During the last heat wave our air conditioner went out. We called the company we normally use and were given a date three weeks out. Polar Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended to us, so we called. From the first phone call we were very impressed. We explained that we had a newborn and Rebecca worked with their technicians to schedule us as soon as possible, with no extra fees! We were informed of a two hour time frame of when the technician would arrive and received a phone call when he was on his way. He was courteous, understanding and very personable. He explained exactly what was wrong and informed us of the possible dilemma we faced with ordering the parts required to fix the ac. Within two days everything was fixed. We were never left wondering where we stood as far as the repair timeline. Highly recommend this company based on their customer service, open communication and professionalism. Plus they are a local company!!
I heard about this company from my brother in law Donnie DeThorne and I had an amazing response when I called on a weekend about my furnace went out. The guy on call was understanding and we figured out what the best thing to do for him to come out that night or if we could heat our home over night. He came out in the morning when he had the part. He explained what went out and what our best options was and that we’d eventually need to replace it and what our best options would be when the time comes.
