Plumbing Solutions of Idaho is the Gold Standard of plumbing. I'm glad to see them growing so more people can take advantage of their superior service and quality work. They have cheerfully taken care of problems other plumbers didn't want anything to do with. I depend on them for solutions.

I just had an amazing experience with Dylan from Plumbing Solutions of Idaho! At a very stressful time she was calm, thoughtful and very smart figuring out how to solve my big plumbing problem. I could not recommend her enough in this short statement. I will request her over and over!!!

Had a flooding pipe at 9pm on a Saturday, Memorial day weekend. Someone called me within 20 minutes & Evan was at the house within the hour. He did wonderful work & I was so grateful to have the issue taken care of so quickly.

Flushing our tankless water heater. It took less than 15 minutes and cost $500. That is gouging! I checked other sources since then and they indicated the cost should have been about $200. Since it only took 15 minutes, the $200 sounds more reasonable.

Plumbing Solutions is exceptional! They are reliable and respond quickly. They even have a real person taking their phone calls and scheduling (I think her name was Jodi) she was so helpful. Our technician, Greg was efficient, friendly and his level of knowledge was excellent. We have utilized their services once before and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

UPDATE: We are consistently impressed with this company and I have to call out Rick for his excellent customer service and knowledge. He's provided us a ton of guidance and recommendations of options. In the most current scenario, he resolved a concern and even told us about a new opportunity to increase our water pressure. I'm happy to continue to do business with this fantastic company!
UPDATE 6/5/2026: We had a water issue and I called for service. They immediately sent someone out. Ed T was fabulous. He took plenty of time troubleshooting my issue to make sure the solution was correct. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
