I had a small, easy-to-replace sensor fail on my furnace on Christmas Eve, and called everywhere to see if someone could replace it or at least sell me the part so I could replace it. As you can imagine, no one was available on Christmas Eve, and no one was willing to even sell me the part. I finally found Petsche Heating & Cooling, and even though he was busy with family, he interupted his day to sell me the part. Thanks to Petsche, we had our furnace back in running condition even though it was a holiday! Great customer service!
