I called at 10pm and the tech answered, knew I was in a pinch, told me that he did not have the key fob that I needed in his stock right then and referred me to another company (complete with a phone number and to tell him who sent me) that did have it in stock so I could get it taken care of quickly. Maintenance ended up letting me back in while locksmith was on his way. I let him know right away and he was super nice and understanding. Only a $20 cancellation fee which felt very reasonable.
