James answered my call early on a Sunday morning. He was available in less than an hour to help me when I locked myself out. James explained what the possible fees would be dependent upon the type of lock. When he arrived he tried a couple of different options to try and save me money. He was prompt, professional, and straightforward in what he charged.

Locked myself out while getting gas, at rush hour. Three other locksmiths said it would be an hour or longer. James O'Bryant said 20 minutes. He was there within 25, apologizing for the delay. I was THRILLED to see him pull up, and even more to see his little pupper!
