I called The Maintenance Shop on a Thursday afternoon regarding a leaking back-flow preventer. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Jesse stating he could come to my house to diagnose the issue. He showed up within 45 minutes of my initial call. In addition to the leaking back-flow, he also discovered the main shutoff valve for the irrigation system to be leaking from the valve housing. He wrote up an estimate and later that evening informed me that he had all the parts available to complete the job. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name that did our sprinkler blowouts. I would give him 100 stars for customer service! I had a sign on the door that our dog just had surgery and to please not knock or ring the doorbell to startle him. I had my phone number on there to call if needed. I got a text that he was there doing my sprinkler blowouts and he wished my dog well. THEN before he left, he pulled my trash can off of the street so that I didn’t have to and could stay inside with my doggy. It was so nice!
