3/2026: Just had a full roof replacement done by LaFever. Long term family home. LaFever previously did this roof in 1988 with 20 year shingles. 38 years later and it was due. Long past their life expectancy with no leaks or issues. Excellent communication, and price was comparable to other established roofing companies in the area. Took 2.5 days to complete the work. Grounds and house were spotlessly cleaned each night. Crew was on time and it was clear that they knew what they were doing and enjoyed working together. Twas the days before Christmas and from the roof of the house, something was stirring, but it wasn't a mouse...
With my parents out of the country, their skylight started leaking in the monsoon rains we've been having, so I was left to deal with it.
Leaving messages with several other roofers, I got ghosted more than Ebeneezer Scrooge.
