Keto Heating and Cooling has been my go-to since 1997 and I would not use any other company. Price is always fair and their services are easy to schedule. Over the years they have serviced maintained and replaced various systems at my homes.
Honest Service for your heating and cooling systems. Keto does not give you the supercheap system service call, where they then try to sell you a new system. Instead they provide honest service, communicate clearly what needs to be done and why, and do it all for a fair price. With so many HVAC companies in this valley sold-out to large out-of-state equity firms it is good to give your business to a locally owned company like Keto.
Always a little on guard when any service company comes to the house. Nothing against Keto specifically, just a general expectation that home service calls have an 80% chance of turning into a high-pressure sales pitch. But Rick Rayburn completely broke that pattern. Honest, no pressure, and got my AC unit going quickly at minimal cost. It's these kinds of experiences that make you want to come back when a bigger purchase is actually needed. Thanks Keto, Rick was excellent.
