First time going to Ultimate You and I'm so happy I did! I showed up without an appoitment and I met Cyle who was able to fit me in the same day due to a cancelation. The place is beautiful and very clean. Cyle explained to me the procedures they offer and I didn't feel the pressure to buy. She is very knowledgeable and professional and so friendly! I had 2 Body tightening on my legs done by Parker and Sky, and a Fotona laser on my face by Haley. All of them did a great job and they are very caring and professional. I’ve been going to Ideal Image for a little over two years for all over body treatment, and now am happily hair free. I previously had such bad experiences with cheaper places like Simplicity that left me with burn scars.

The moment I arrived at Ideal Image, I felt welcome and supported by all the staff. When I mentioned financing might be an issue, Marnie bent over backwards to work on a payment plan that made getting the care I needed affordable.

Going into treatment, I was nervous and scared. Everyone was professional and non judgmental, making me feel safe. I cannot say enough good things about these people. You have changed my life forever.

Every experience is the same. Knowledgeable and caring staff. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. It's obvious that your comfort, front start to finish, is a priority.
