I was extremely nervous about which laser option to go with because I have olive skin tone and have been scarred by another medi spa several years back. The provider I had was extremely knowledgeable, energetic and overall incredible. She did multiple passes on my face with the Moxi laser which has been proven to be the safest laser for my skin tone, and I can already see a lot of pigment lifting. Not only that but she included my neck as well. They have some incredible new patient specials and just based on my interactions alone I would highly recommend this medi spa. He was the Marketing Director! He was very nice and friendly! The Aesthetician that took care of me was name, Dawn! She is a sweet young lady! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable! “The good- I bought a package for my upper lip. Every session I had was comfortable! The office is clean and smells wonderful. The staff is friendly.
The bad- They went through 2 laser techs in my time there and I don’t like that. They are only open limited hours (one or two days a week when I last visited) They took away their packages because of limited hours.“
