Great spa! Every massage and facial I have had at this Hand and Stone has been fantastic. The massage therapists I have seen were professional, skilled, and knowledgeable regarding my areas of concern. The two estheticians I have seen here helped me understand my skin issues and made great recommendations. I highly recommend this spa!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Hand & Stone. I came in with a $120 gift card and assumed that amount would be applied toward my total. My two services totaled about $250, so I expected to just pay the difference. Instead, I found out at checkout that the gift card only covered the service type and not the actual dollar value. Even though the card was worth $120, I still got charged the full service price and only received about $80 worth of credit. Really frustrating and felt misleading.
On top of that, the massage itself was just okay — nothing special or memorable.
Just a heads up to anyone going in with a gift card: make sure you understand the fine print so you don’t get surprised like I did.

I love this place. I have a membership so I go monthly for a massage. The therapist are all wonderful and help you work out areas that are giving you trouble. I have also done their facial services and they are so relaxing and wonderful too. You won't be disappointed in your visit.

I just had my first ever facial from Olivia and it was beyond wonderful. She was gentle, kind, professional and very knowledgeable about my skin and the products she was using. Everything was very clean, it was extremely relaxing and I will absolutely be going back. Front desk staff was very kind as well! Highly recommend!

This was my first time having a massage done and it was amazing! Lindsey got the knots out of my shoulders and neck, could not recommend more! I feel great, better then I walked in. Definitely coming back❤️

Would give 0 stars if possible. We won a free massage at a community event. I tried to book an appointment but staff refused to book it unless I give them a credit card to keep on file. This was a prize that we won in the form of a voucher/Gift Card but they refuse to book anything and told us to walk in and hope there is an opening or use it to buy products instead of getting what we won. Very miss leading none of this was disclosed at the event.
Update to my review: I reached out to them again per their request. They stated they wanted to speak with me so they can turn my experience around. I contacted them in 2/14 it is now 2/22 and no response or reply. They reply with these false responses in hopes that others reading the reviews will think they are trying to actually work with customers and fix the issues. Be aware of this company. They clearly don't care about their customers only money and saving face by lying and acting like they care

I want to say the massages are above and beyond and have been going for several years now. I have to say I think my pleasure going there is almost as much the staff as it is the massage and facials..... they are a bouquet of YUMMY AND SMILES
