“We finally bit the bullet and had our original roof replaced. It was an intimidating decision with it being such a major investment and so many roof horror stories out there. After significant research and 3 bids, we decided on Silver Lining Roofing. We could not have been more relieved and pleased! From the very beginning, our discussions with Lindsay and Mandy were very honest and upfront. Lindsay thoroughly explained why certain items were a 'must' and why others may not be necessary and let us decide from there. My phone calls were returned on a timely basis, a unique thing in this industry. Silver Lining was also able to make some repairs on our storage shed, a small area of siding and some corner fascia. The fact that they were able to perform these repairs instead of worrying about another contractor's timeline was extremely helpful. During this timeframe, we also had our gutters replaced (which we also had bid out). We ended up using the contractor Lindsay recommended (Copper Cloud Gutters) and the scheduling of everything worked like a charm! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are extremely happy with the finished product.
