Today was no different, our windows were cleaned by Jake and Damauri who were very fast, efficient and worked well together.. They were on time and very polite. Jake was helpful in showing me how to correctly remove the screens without damaging them. After they left, I called the office and spoke with Elaina, who was so kind, to help me with a gift card issue that I forgot to use at the time of service… my fault!
