I always get the best of care at Full Circle Health, from the receptionist’s, the nurses, to the doctor. Dr. Shepardson always listens to my concerns and is open to different types of treatments or care. I really appreciate that.
Hands down, the finest experience I’ve ever had when visiting the doctor’s office. Carlos was my nurse, he was extremely thorough in gathering my information, and was attentive when things didn’t seem entirely right; he investigated further. He could have said I had high BP, but he went beyond that in a way that immediately made me feel like he was actively advocating for my wellbeing. He provided a synopsis to the PA (Jadelyn), with such detail that Jadelyn was already prepared with followup inquires in relation to my presented symptoms.

I really like Dr Janae Krahn. She is very thorough and doesn’t hesitate to get things done in a timely fashion. Office staff are nice and friendly and explain things well. Most important she takes time with you and listens and makes you feel heard.
