Dr. McRae and his staff are truly one of a kind. They care about you as a patient and are always professional and kind and make being at the dentist a pleasant experience. There is no better office in all of Idaho or the west for that matter!

The efficiency of the entire process, from scheduling the appointment to the actual visit, was impressive. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating, making the administrative side of things smooth. During the appointment, the dentist took the time to explain each thing he discussed, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable.The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning, making the experience as pleasant as a dental visit can be. Margarie is awesome. Every time I go in though it's about another crown at $1000. I have heard others say as well it's all about crowns at McCrae.Sad. Apparently paying for worldly trips for McCrae through crowns is what it's all about.Very sad as I have always lived the employees that work there.
