Charlie in the Costco Optical Department was wonderful! She repaired my glasses and even fixed the rest of the upper part too, so they wouldn't break again in the future. After that, she helped fix my older pair and then gave me estimates on contacts. It was very very busy that day, but she was very patient and gracious with me. Thank you, Charlie!
