The EyeMart on Linder has amazing employees! Everyone was very professional, kind, and patient throughout my visit.
Dr. Fredericksen was wonderful! He took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns, which I really appreciated.
Abraham was also incredibly patient and kind while helping me find the right fit. He worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my glasses and my overall experience.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the entire team. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and caring experience!
I had an unexpected problem with my eyes and called Dr. Hansen’s office. He was with a patient and I was told he would call me back. I did not have to wait long before he called. He listened to me patiently (I was extremely worried about my eyesight) and alleviated my concerns. I consider myself very fortunate to be his patient. He listens and cares.
Great staff! Dr. Fredericksen was kind and understanding of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. Marla helped me with my frame choice and was a delight. The entire experience was smooth and fast.
