“The company kept me updated on the arrival of the technician. He was very pleasant and careful with my home. He was able to fix both items that needed help, and luckily, without too much trouble. My only complaint was that they charged me a full service call cost for a second appliance, even though they were already going to be in the home and didn’t have to drive a trip service charge. It’s understandable, but I felt a little unfair. I would not hesitate to use them again.“
