The setup is poor. I had a set of glasses saved and ready to go, just needed to pay for them. But the lady upfront isn't trained to place orders. I thought that was weird and told her so and she stormed off in a huff. I didn't even raise my voice. Not a great experience wont be coming back.

I wanted to give a shout out to Heather for her outstanding service in helping to pick out the frames. She was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you Heather and keep up the great work!

Staff was unhelpful and plain out negligent at best. Would not recommend. Doctor did my eye exam through a zoom call. I faced the camera as some lady waved a light in my eye. The puffed me more than twice , apparently the tech didn't know how to work the machine. Would not recommend. Stear clear

Probably the most ridiculous appointment we have ever been to. Both of my daughters have had glasses for 10 years the oldest one is can not read anything far away and has a bad astigmatism the younger one also can’t see far away. We went in there and the dr told us that they had 20/20 and at worst my oldest could just grab a slight pair of readers. Needless to say we went to a different dr and yes her eyes didn’t magically go from bad to perfect and they both had to get new glasses. I would not recommend

DONT GO HERE! The most unhelpful staff ever. I've had a membership with them for years. I normally go to the Franklin store, but I made the unfortunate choice to come to this location. Zero customer service skills or help provided. I simply wanted to order contacts.
