The Technician was very helpful with explaining how a couple of functions work with the system that I was not aware of. She took the time to show me on the thermostat how to better utilize the system for efficiency.
Very positive experience working with the team at A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning. They replaced my 25 year old Lennox Gas Furnace and Electric AC with a new Lennox Gas Furnace and Electric Heat Pump. They were very prompt to my request for both the system quote and then installation. Install occured in less than one day and the system has been running flawlessly since install. I highly recommend the team at A-1.
These guys are great. My son’s furnace went out on a Sunday, I called A1 and they got right back to me. They came out Monday morning and had a quote for a new unit. We are still waiting for the quote from the company that has the service contract and it has been over a week. We are obviously going to go with A1, I have a 16 month old granddaughter and no heat in Boise is not OK, A1 understands. Thanks Again A1
