Excellent service. The tech, Aaron, was extremely knowledgable, accessible and a very thorough in his workmanship. Joshua (the owner/GM of 7th Element*) hires well and trains even better. IMHO 7th Element provides a better quality, more complete service than the other guys - for less money. Sign me up for their annual 2x/year inspection program! *P.S. Love the name. Nitrogen is the seventh element in the periodic table. As an inert gas, nitrogen is uses frequently in HVAC work. First to clean, clear and purge components parts and lines. Then to test completely adssembled systems, under pressure, for leaks or other problems prior to sign-off/hand-off to the customers. These guys are a class act with a cool, in-the-know name!
Joshua and Johnny are genuine, fair, and competent people. They are efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, manner able, friendly, kind, and co siderate people. it was a pleasure doing business with them, and I would do business again when and if needed. I highly recommend them!!
My water softener stopped working. I have a travel Nurse staying with me and she was not able to shower before work. I called 7th Element. They were booked but made every effort to fit me in between other appointments. It was installed by end of day. The team was efficient, nice, accommodating and reasonable. I highly recommend them.
