We had a burst pipe situation at our place in Cascade that required a huge repair with extensive demo. Restoration North was so helpful throughout the process, both with the acute damage and in the subsequent remodel. I would highly recommend Clint and Sam to anyone!

Wow, we are so grateful to Restoration North! What a stand-out business. I called on a Friday evening (of a holiday weekend) for some plumbing issues, and Sam was incredibly attentive and helped me solve my issue over the phone! He took time out of his own day to assist me in what turned out to be a super simple fix, helping me avoid needing to pay for a plumber to come out. I'm a general contractor and I've done several flood repair remodeling / restoration jobs. This is my second experience with Sam Fernandez and I reached out to Resto North when our home flooded because of th excellent consulting that he provided to a client of mine whose home was flooded a couple years ago.Resto North showed up to mitigate our flood within a few hours of my first phone call - they came fully ready to work as long as needed on a weekend evening. They have all the best tech gear to identify every bit of water damage and that is occuring and then are able to efficiently set up their equipment to dry things out.
