A-1 had installed a new two-zone HVAC in the house expansion we built six years ago. Ever since, A-1 has provided service and honored their warranty. Randy Thomas, the McCall office manager, has always been responsive to our needs.Because of this fine service, we enlisted A-1 to replace the furnace and air-conditioning equipment in the older part of the house. It was 24 years old and was having problems.Randy gave us quotes with options, we picked one, and his crew - Matt and Riley - showed up on time and changed out the furnace, evaporator, and condenser. We bought our Lennox mini-split system from A1 three years ago. Regretfully we had some issues & problems with the unit. A1 struggled with Lennox to get everything resolved, but at the end of the day - A1 got us a new replacement unit and will continue to support us with minor adjustments moving forward to make sure it works as designed & meets our heat and A/C needs.
