I reached out to DR after hours and left a voicemail, they called right back! Together we determined it was not an emergency so the very next morning the technician came out and gave me some great advice on how to clean things up. These guys have been GREAT to work with so far! As soon as I hear from my insurance adjustor I will be in touch with DR on repairs.
James came over to our lace in Donnelly because I checked the sump pump and I had 6 inches of water in the crawl spac e. So I called to see what they could do. james came and noted that it had been unplug. He plug it in and came bacvk 2 ore times to see if it was working.
