Very professional from the front office, back office and of course Dr. Hadberg! Kristie was very helpful in selecting new frames plus what I needed for my Rx and all the different options for the lenses. Once back from the lab noticed that the slim lenses were used and looked like bottle lenses. Kristie has sent them back to be made correctly. I am very pleased.
