I recently had my first visit with Eye Associates on Eagle Road in Meridian, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of a new ophthalmologist. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

I showed up for my appointment but was told the appointment didn't get put in the schedule correctly. But they were able to fit me in without having to wait very long. The appointment went very well, Dr Kent and his staff have always been very professional.

My doctor was Gregory Kent and I had not seen him before but he was personable and easy to talk to. When he was finished, I stopped in the optical area to say Hi to Emily who had previously helped me get a new pair of glasses after the predecessor in that area had done a poor job and I couldn’t wear the glasses they had made. Emily was able to straighten everything out and had a perfect pair of glasses made without my having to pay any more. When I saw her, she adjusted them and put softer nose pads on them. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
