I showed up for my appointment but was told the appointment didn't get put in the schedule correctly. But they were able to fit me in without having to wait very long. The appointment went very well, Dr Kent and his staff have always been very professional.
My doctor was Gregory Kent and I had not seen him before but he was personable and easy to talk to. When he was finished, I stopped in the optical area to say Hi to Emily who had previously helped me get a new pair of glasses after the predecessor in that area had done a poor job and I couldn’t wear the glasses they had made. Emily was able to straighten everything out and had a perfect pair of glasses made without my having to pay any more. When I saw her, she adjusted them and put softer nose pads on them. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
Dr Kent ,the surgeon put me at ease, even tho I have a nervous condition when it comes to doctors ,dentists etc. So I was very relieved with his friendly, professional & soothing manner. Also explains in laymans terms the process. Surgery for cataract went so well,im doing my other eye soon. If 5 stars is great- he gets 10 stars!
