While vacationing in the other side of the world , Matt was able to stop by for standard maintenance and fix a problem that was beginning just two days before his appointment. He communicated professionally with my family members his inspection and small repair he needed to make .It was done on time , professionally and efficiently. This is why I trust Home Heating when I am away .
Ryan and Nate did a fantastic job putting in our hvac system. It was an all day process, they were very thorough, and explained the process, and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the service of Home Heating and Air Conditioning from the initial maintenance check with Justin, with Cody to explain new systems, and finally the installation process with Nate and Ryan. All of this was done within 2 weeks. Very prompt service with the company. We enrolled in the Comfort Club Membership with service twice a year. Thank you to all!
We appreciated the confirmation call from the company informing us a technician was on his way. Once the technician Matt arrived, he was great to work with. Very professional when presenting the current issues, and solutions to resolve them. He was thorough, but efficient as well. We look forward to working with him again.
